4/26/09 - Karin had a great meet with 36.65 All Around Score for 5th place. 1st Place on Beam and 5th place on Floor.

Only seven gymnasts from her age group go from each of 8 Regions. Level 10 is the highest level of Junior Olympics. That puts her at the top 50 or 60 in the country in her age group. The states in Karin’s region are Colorado, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Kansas, New Mexico and Wyoming. Bart Conner and Bella Karoli’s gyms are in this region.

Karin qualified for USAG Junior Olympics - USA Nationals in Seattle next month. This is a really big deal! This is where the college coaches from the 58 NCAA Division I schools go to select gymnasts for scholarships.
