This layout is installed at this Railroad themed LaJunta Colorado KOA in the main Office/Store. Across the road is an active BNSF/Amtrak train line.

There are also Cabooses, an F3 and Streamlined Observation cars for rent via Airbnb, Vrbo.

I installed this layout starting January 2025 and completed it in February 2026. Brad supplied the metal wall brackets and the 4 corner welded steel bridges.

• Gargraves - 4 Tracks
• O-72 to O-84 diameter
• Track sits on 1/4” exercise mat foam strips on the brackets and bridges.
• Track held down by zip ties to the brackets and bridges to reduce noise.
• 14 Ga Stranded wire bus in 3/4” PVC conduit.
• 18g Lamp Wire to Tracks
• 7 Wire Bus - Track Common, 4 Track power, 1 Lights Common, 1 Lights Power
• Lionel ZW 275 type R conventional control.
